This workforce model from Epson is compatible to use with Mac® OS X® 10.6.8 – macOS® 10.12.x8, windows operating systems. Therefore, the software and drivers are not available. If you're running Mac OS X 10.6, it is not compatible. Eventually, you will run into these type of limitations when trying to use new technology with an older operating system. The earliest software and driver released for this printer is for Mac OS X 10.8. However, I gave that computer to my parents when theirs broke, so now I have a Mac computer, for which I haven't been able to successfully connect with the Dell printer yet. Is Dell All-In-One 924 Printer compatible with MAC OS X Version 10.6.8? I previously had a Dell computer, which worked great with my Dell all-in-one 924 printer.
